Service was great and the food was good but it was a little dark to see the food. The comedians had a great night and we laughed big time. I have been to comedy there before and had a great time but this First Friday show was awesome. Avoid like the plague. Mediocre to average food at top shelf tourist prices. Terrible service and even worse management. I’ll never be a patron in a HRC ever again due to the poor service and lack of adequate response from management on any customer complaints or concerns. Some of the worst managers I’ve ever met in the business. I’ll continue to support Local and have a burger at F St Station. Literally a block away with better food, better price and better service. Hard Rock is just living of its name or inflated reputation. It’s all hype and sizzle with no steak. I’ll be glad when they’re gone. Any guesses to how long they last in AK? When’s their lease up? Cauliflower burger!! Doesn't look as good as it taste but it was so surprising. I loved it. The staff were all really knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Of course the place always looks amazing, no matter which hard rock you attend you always get the theme, the shimmer. Very clean, np complaints We had family from out of town visiting and attended Whale Fat Follies on August 15, 2017. The service was horrendous. The server only checked on us once and was gone before we could ask for water/drink refills. We had to ask another server, who was extremely helpful, to request our server to visit the table. We received a total of 1 drink refill and 1 water refill. Each person had to ask individually for a water refill because she only refilled if asked. At the end of the night our bills were provided and they were incorrect. Double entrees for some items and missing other items. We asked for her to correct our bill and she gave us attitude. We then asked for the manager and noticed there were three other tables waiting to complain about the same server. The server was delivering food to incorrect tables and/or forgetting to refill drinks. The manager was nice initially and said she would look into it. Half an hour later we were still waiting for our revised bill and no one remained in the room except us. I asked the manager if the bill would be ready soon because my husband had to work at five AM. Her response was very snide and she stated, "that the server was working on it and she had to work at five AM also" and then she walked away. We will not be attending events at Hard Rock Café again. The salmon burger the best in Alaska.. The drinks..the service.. They also do military discounts. Everything amazing!
