The food was amazing. I had the salmon dish which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My boyfriend had the dinner burger which he said was the best burger he has ever had. We tried the oatmeal stout and the black rye bock. Both were phenomenal! Our server Morgan was wonderful. Everything about our experience was amazing!! Highly recommend. What a great find. A restaurant with seafood so fresh it tastes like it was just from the ocean. The calamari and salmon was unlike any of the frozen ones we tasted south of Alaska. Fresh, totally non fishy and simply bursting with flavor. Prepared simply retaining it's original flavor. Scrumptious. Beer, Food, Service, Atmosphere is great. During peak time, its about an hour wait (during peak time, its not worth it). There are plenty places to go near by. Call for a reservation. Update: whats up with this hipster bottle water and tiny water cups? Their food taste has dropped some points... chef changed? Management changed? New owners? Prices are our of my comfort zone but it's ALASKA!! If you're here on vacation you might as well enjoy your time here and not have to worry about a few bucks. The kitchen is visible and you can see your food being cooked for you. Stephen was out waiter and he did an amazing job, highly recommend!! All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back to this brewhouse on my next visit to the last frontier. Do you like your Chicken cooked medium rare? Then this is the place for you! After finding out these guys are incapable of cooking a steak, they have outdone themselves once again with chicken, nice and pink! Great job go team!!
