Food was delicious and quick. Well done. Customer service was nice. Chili's grill & bar is a very clean restaurant and all the employees are doing a wonderful job taking there food out to there customers & making customers happy. Jerry Good food, was served fresh and hot. The service unfortunately was terribly slow. The restaurant was far from busy, but super slow. Ordered dessert after meal on the Ziosk, waited 20 minutes before calling a server. Servers did not even notice until 10 minutes after. Asked about the ordered dessert, and the server had no idea we ordered it. Was brought what we ordered in about 5 minutes. Good food and polite staff, just prepare for slow service and failing ziosks. This place should just close down and leave alaska for ever. Piss poor service, rude employes, over cooked food and how do you screw up on kids food. It was not even busy at all. I will never bring my family here again Had an afternoon snack with my daughter. Waitress was very nice and attentive. We left smiling!
