I've been calling for 4hrs back to back and still haven't been able to speak with anyone! Its like pulling teeth to talk to a real person and ive been hung up on. This is whats really wrong with America In person, and over the phone conversations (customer services) is horrible. Waste of time. Incomplete answers. Absolutely horrible experience. If they can make it impossible to contact them and receive helpful info they do. Just would like to speak to a person. Option for question I have isn't a choice! Same for website!
