  My husband and I worked with Kristen and Dan to help us find our first home. They listened very closely to what was important to us and helped us find the best match! We just started moving into our new home this week and it could not have been a more perfect match. We have the space, the yard and the access to the bike trails! We live in a lovely neighborhood with sidewalks. It's the little homey things that are important to us. Cheers to the best team in in town! Thank you so much! We were put in touch with Wolf Real Estate Professionals to sell our home about ten days before we needed to leave Anchorage. Dan and his team understood our urgency and were on top of everything right away. They had all the paperwork completed and a photographer in our home within a few days. Even after leaving town, we were informed every step of the way. We didn’t have to worry about any detail getting left out. Just being around Dan & Kristen a short time before leaving town, I could tell that they love what they do! They truly want what is best for their clients and always have their wants and needs in mind. I was looking at buying a house in a very short set time frame. Shanda offered a professional service with extreme attention to detail. If I had a question she either had the answer or got one for me. Shanda was very considerate of working around my schedules and I really appreciate all her effort put in for finding my perfect home! Shanda and Dan's experience really showed through and I cannot find the words to express my gratitude - they met all my needs. We really got lucky when we met Tim for a showing on a house he had listed and we did not yet have an agent to assist us in our home search. I jokingly said, "you're hired!" and he really took on a nearly impossible hunt for our perfect home. Tim has integrity and is honest. He is not a pushy sales person. We had many issues as we navigated the watery Anchorage house market (literally, the houses had major water issues) and thankfully we had a patient realtor to get us through the almost 7 months of searching. We could not be happier and I am so thankful we were not pressured into buying something we didn't feel 100% about. Tim is a straight shooter. Without his honesty and expertise we could have made a horribly wrong purchase. We will definitely return to Tim for any future purchase or sale needs. I really appreciated Dan and Kristen for their help and effort selling my single family house successfully. They were very well prepared before our first meeting, and my wife and I could not refuse to select this Wolf team as our selling agent when we saw their binder book with their constructive data and their successful stories with my colleagues. For my specific case (need to leave before October), Dan took some pictures before we moved out, which allows us putting my house on market in September (those pictures were taken in my opinion very professionally). And later after we moved out, he had a professional photographer re-take lots of nice pictures. Kristen hosted a few open house shows and the team also has a good IT knowledge to put my house flyers accessible in various professional website and social medias. During home sell while we were already in Texas, Kristen always kept me updated. When the good news finally came in, Kristen and Dan also helped a lot on negotiating contract.
