Both properties needed extensive seller action prior to closing, and Ryan and his team were great in coordinating all the efforts. He was there with any and all information I needed and never seemed busy or otherwise unavailable. Of the three other properties I’ve purchased in the past and now these two, Ryan was the hands-down best when it came to being the go-to guy for the entire deal. He provided exceptional service, sound advice and a great, friendly demeanor. I’ll definitely look him up for my next purchase. Edward and I would highly recommend Tyson Kroon as a realtor to anyone; he was great to work with and very knowledgeable. My only complaint would be about receiving all the necessary and proper documentation and information regarding closing and warranties in a more timely fashion. We opted for a 60 day close, and although we were paying cash for a luxury home, I started to feel as though our file slipped through the cracks in their office. Bottom line, yes, I would recommend Tyson and I would absolutely choose him again should we ever need a realtor in the future; but don't hesitate to stay on top of their office to get what you need paperwork wise. I was a first time home buyer and have to say Gerald Pestrikoff was very helpful and made buying my multi-family extremely easy and was there to guide me along every step of the way.He was a fighter of a realtor and got me an exceptional price on my property and didn't take no for an answer in the negotiating process. He as well as any of the people I worked with in the process had a lot of positive energy and a real 'get it done' attitude not only in word but also in action. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking to purchase a property or home to use Unity Home Group. My husband and I are first time home buyers and were getting stationed in Alaska for the military...Tyson and Sabra made it extremely easy and convinent to buy the perfect home! Even being located in another state and never seeing the house in person, we were able to buy it and felt confident in our decision - we ended up loving it :) They were fast at responding to any questions we had and were very helpful! I would 100% recommend using their services.
