Just completed a complicated transaction with John Wakefield of RMG. Excellent work John! His Buyer used a loan program that required all repairs to be maid. John was extremely proactive in making sure that the lender was in agreement on scope, before he even ordered the home inspection. Without his effort, his Buyer would not have been able to buy my Seller's home. Great representation of your Buyer, John. I would recommend John...(right after me!) :-) If you are attempting to use this company to sell your home, I have one word for you, "DON'T". Tanya and Heather are not capable selling agents, and my transaction was uncomfortable and inefficient, to say the least. It took days sometimes for either one of these women to get back to me, and when they did, I felt like they did not have my best interests in mind, and that they were representing the buyers, not me. If I did not have previous experience in real estate, I would have not found the errors and problems that these two caused. In the end, the home closed 10 days late, and I was shorted a week in rent because I did not read a contract well enough. Heather even attempted to cover a mistake she had made by apparently mistakenly "double-dipping" a cost to the buyers (the buyers agent found it) by making it seem that it was an error on my part. In the end, they did not earn a 6% commission and an extra "transaction coordinator" fee of almost $900, and Tanya did not even attempt to reach out to me and thank me for my business. Run.....these agents are completely unprofessional. Jared Bjerkastrand was disinterested and not helpful. He did the minimum required. The only saving grace was his assistant Rebecca. My parents are trying to sell their house, they got bamboozled into paying $800 for "professional photos and staging". The person brought in props that didn't really match the color scheme. Some being a complete eye sore. All open houses and showings have been done by other real estate agents, by other companies, their person is not easily accessible and seems like she does nothing to help sell the house, except to call them to lower the price. From not getting the house on the market when they said they would, part of the listing was wrong, and trying to get them to lower the price on the 3rd day of it being listed. The papers have horrible ink, makes the rooms look darker than they are. In fact an agent from another company left a horrible review saying their was no flow to the decor, "fire the decorator", and it looked like people were still living there. There doesn't seem to be much communication between their realtor and whoever does a showing. Their agent wants to do new photos now, because even she thinks they aren't that good. Bottom line if you want someone to work towards selling your house, find another agency. If you want to waste time and money, and get the runaround when you have questions this is the company for you. Blake Elder listed our property to sell. He was VERY professional and pleasant to deal with. He got our property sold and we appreciated his help. Thanks Blake!
