My husband and I have good credit history and $ 9.000/month income. They charge 30$ application fee for 1 person. If you calculate they can make $900/month from 1 application each day. I guess they make more then the rent price I spent 60$ Application fee and can't return my money because they don't accept any cards They only accept cash and checks I think this is FRAUDULENT company. It's profitable for them to decline your applications and make money on it Being in the military puts us through hardship as it is.
