LINDSEY IS THE ONLY ONE TO HIRE! Lindsey made it happen. It is known in AK that it takes 45-60 days to close. Lindsey made it happen in 30 days. She is by far the best REAL ESTATE BROKER! Not only did she negotiate a killer deal for us but also go us a home warranty in the deal. She works with a local lender to get the best deals on houses. She was patient with us and answered all our questions in detail. We were NOT just another commission to her, she treated us like real people through the whole process! We had such a great experience with Lindsey and her team! She is very attentive and on top of her work. She had no problem getting me in to see a house soon after we contacted her and then had no problem going out again so that my husband could see it. She was great on working our deal and walked us through everything as we were first time home buyers. She never made us feel stupid for asking questions and was more than happy to answer all of them. Even if I contacted her now she would have no problem helping me. She made our process super simple and didn't mind that our kids were there with us while signing everything She'll definitely be the first person we contact if/when we decide to sell. I don't say this to be limiting, these were just the places my wife and I were interested. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like we were her only client. She was extremely prompt in responses when looking for a house, and very much on our side once the house had been chosen. Her advice regarding the purchasing process was incredibly helpful. She brokered quite a bit between me and the seller. Would absolutely recommend and will get our repeat business if/when a change in our housing arrangement occurs. This was by far the easiest real estate transaction I've ever conducted after owning several homes and this was a long distance transaction; I was in Virginia and buying in Alaska. After a short in person house hunt that was very well curated by Lindsey - I returned to Virginia and completed the rest of the process from 2700 miles away.
