We gave you a 90 day listing, since you had a specific marketing plan you wanted to follow, and you thought you would produce results. I have heard that before, but you actually came through. I could tell the buyer you had in mind was an ideal candidate to use our property, which was important. Within 21 days you had an initial contract signed both ways, and we proceeded to a closing for all cash. I know I am not the easiest person to work for as a broker, because I have a strong background as a developer and builder of commercial projects, and know how a transaction should be done, and I won't put up with half-baked answers and inattention to the most important thing: ADDRESSING ANY OBSTACLES IN THE WAY OF A CLOSING.
