Bad bad bad, if only I can give it a negative I would, how can you tell me a carrier does not access to our location? It’s a residential area where any one have an access to. Everything I am saying here is in a video recorded with my security cam during that time of a delivery attemp. Well, This lady parked, took her sweet time, came out to the back of the truck opened the sliding door as if she was going to take the package, but it seemed as she decided not to. Came back in the truck and must have reported it as no access through a device as it shows her inside looking into it. If it was heavy she could have rang the door bell like any other services. UPS and FEDEX sure does that! And way beyond in time, sometimes earlier. I would rate a zero if I could. Thanks for jamming my large soft backed (expensive) book into my mailbox. I really wanted it to have a 90 degree fold in the entire book. Why would I want something I ordered to arrive in the same condition it was shipped in. Really great carrier. Thanks for nothing. This is why FedEx and UPS are putting you out of buisness I would give zero Stars if I could. Mailman assigned to this location, always messes up for the last 4 years. Packages that should be delivered on time always aren't. Mail that I have paid for expedited shipping usually comes damaged. I have been down to this location many times to notify management, of how bad this postal service is in our neighborhood. I always end up with other residents mail and they end up with mine. Even though the mail has the address clearly printed. After repeated attempts to rectify the problems, nothing has changed. The government needs to look into how bad this location truly is. I have had to send off a few packages here. It is a pretty nice place to go. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and well maintained. "Hey, my package was marked undeliverable. Why?" Oh it was undeliverable "Why?" Wrong address maybe. "Well FedEx and UPS have no problem. What can I do? The address is correct." Its undeliverable. "Well can I just pick it up? Your tracker never told me it was undelivered, I had to look into it to find out. I was told it was delivered and waiting for me" It was returned same day "WHY" And now I'm spending an hour on hold with their online support. This is not the first time I've had to call them for this same issue. It wasn't resolved last time, either, after I was assured that everything was okay
