The associate that helped me may have changed my dog's life! He was suffering from recurring ear infections and I never knew there were OTC solutions that could help prevent them. She helped me pick one out and he's been SO much happier and in less pain since then. I'm incredibly grateful. Customer service is hit or miss. The young employees seem to be most friendly. Unfortunate that they don't actually sell any pets - not even fish except for goldfish meant to be food. They are nicely stocked with pet supplies. Best deals in Alaska for all of your pet needs Always helpful and courteous. Best products Use to be better. Now they only have a bunch of off brand pet foods. Said they couldn't compete with grocery stores.
