Brand new and tall parking garage in Downtown Anchorage. The Linny Pacillo Parking Garage has 10 levels, but the top level is closed. The views from here are excellent, but you'll need to deal with some obstacles if you want to take pictures. There are horizontal metal cables and vertical metal pieces on all sides. You'll need long arms or a camera stick/tripod to clear them. If you can reach out past the obstacles then you'll want to make sure you have the camera attached to you just in case. Bring a medium to heavy jacket because it gets real windy up here. There is no Sky Bridge to any building from the Linny Pacillo Parking Garage.
