Great place to see moose, birds, bears and porcupines. Great singletrack and ski trails. Beach access. Occasional dead whale pops on shore. Chalet is a great space for gatherings. Beer Can lake is technically on airport land but it's functionally part of the park. This is such a great park .located in the fancy south/west region of anchorage , there are many things to do all year round
