What the hell happened??? I haven't ordered Flight Deck Pizza in few months and because I love their food we decided to have it tonight.... It was terrible!! The portions were less in the extremes. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries. I got 5 super salty fries and my burger was not only dry but it had ONE slice of bacon. They used some gross cheese, it tasted like that super cheap processed cheese you get in that giant block. My mother has a block of that cheese still in her fridge... it's over five years old, so what does that tell you!!!!!! The beef patties are no longer the same beef patties they used to use. They are like those giant frozen patties you get from Costco.... dry and tasteless. The tomato was even dry which means it has been sitting out for longer than an hour after being sliced. To top it off, they didn't give us any ketchup!!!!! They used to always give you ketchup but I guess that is pointless now since they can't even give you fries with your order. Did ownership change????? That is the only time I have ever seen something take a crap this bad in any restaurant ever. This makes me sad... the people used to be super nice and charismatic but the girl that took my order was just RUDE! I am pissed to see such a great quality place be run into the ground by owners cheeping out and ruining the quality that was there. I hope the old owners read this, you sold that to the worst kind of owners. They don't care and I will never order from here again!!! I love this place, they never disappoint I order quite often & it's always been excellent the staff is awesome & the food is top notch Great Pool and fun and chill divey vibe! Some of the most inept, RUDEST bar maids we've ever had to endure! It's a shame because in the 18 years I've been going there I have had really good service in the past. The food is much better than your typical bar/pizza joint and they deliver as well. But my Mates and I will have to be desperate for a brew before we return to the bar. Love this local spot. Great selection of beers & drinks, pool tables, & darts. Live music on Saturday & Sunday. Flight Deck Pizza next door has amazing food! Very nice staff and locals that come here.
