Had them rekey locks and wanted combo locks reprogrammed. The guy could not or would not fix the combo locks. I asked if they could be replaced. For some reason he did not want to do that or it was out of his skill set. So he messed with them and charged me $350.00 for that visit. My front door doesn't lock at all now. I had to cancel weekend trip to hire another locksmith to secure my house. Local family owns this business. Great customer service, showed up next day and has responsible prices! I'll be using this company over Action or Able. They are amazing. Great customer service. Got me into my home fast. the guy didnt even show up at the scheduled time or at all. Excellent. Locked myself out of the house. They were there in 30 minutes. Saved the day!
