Not very efficient planning, not on time. New routes worse than old routes. Wouldn’t use if you have a choice. Purchased one of the 20 ride passes used a total of 12 rides. Pass wouldn't read correctly on the 11th ride and bus driver being in a hurry bent the card. The next time I tried to use the pass it failed because where it was creased the reader removed some of the stripe. I went to get the card replaced and I was told it would cost $5 to fix it by putting the remainder onto one of the smart cards. Was also told that it was the only way they did business. This has left a very sour taste for the public transit system in Anchorage.
