When I contemplated marriage again, I wanted the ring to have a very special meaning for my wife and so designing the ring myself was just one way I could express that feeling. I had already purchased the diamond with my design in mind, and so I started looking for jewelers who could assist me in making what I had in mind become a reality. I simply happened upon Michael's Jewelers by chance and I soon discovered that Dave's skill and ability was more than up to the task at hand. After describing the concept I had in mind and a few runs with wax mock ups, Dave created exactly the ring I envisioned. After giving my wife the ring and setting a date, she then, without my knowledge, had Dave create the same design for my ring. Just doesn't get any better. I came into Michael's shop with a unique request. I was planning on casting my own ring and having a jeweler set the stones. Even though the timeline wouldn't work (the wedding date was fairly close), Michael took the time to look at my CAD design, give me suggestions and critiques, and suggest other jewelers in town that would be able to help me in the needed time-frame. It's obvious to me that Michael truly cares about the art of jewelry and his customers; taking as much time as he did to help me knowing that he wasn't going to make a sale meant a lot. I am truly thankful for his advice and wish him the best. This is the only place in town I will take my jewelry. They make sure to record and show you laser serial numbers on diamonds. They handle everything with great care showing concern for even getting finger prints on things. I’m not even that nice to my jewelry! I also love that the owners are the ones you are dealing with when you go in there. They care about their reputation and it shows. Been doing business for a couple years now with Mindy.
