Placed an order 2 days after Thanksgiving with a guarantee that my order would be 2-3 weeks at the most. 2 weeks later I'm informed my pendants are discontinued so the same day I pick out new ones so the order can still get here on time I'm told. The main question before I placed my order for my kitchen monorail lighting was will I have this before Christmas.??? Answer was absolutely.! Today is December 28th and I was told yesterday that my order would be here. And now I'm being told it went to Washington instead of Alaska and now it will be another week. That is 6 weeks for one monorail and 4 pendants. My lighting was not installed for Christmas or New Years and I couldn't be more disappointed. I could of gone down the street ordered the same thing for $200 more and had it here 4 weeks ago. One excuse after another with this place. At this point I just hope the order is correct when it gets here
