Jiminy christmas,the front desk people are RUDE. I've been there twice, a year apart. First time I just brushed it off as a bad day. 18 months later, I remember what condescending bitches they were, and still are. Reviews mean nothing because they've got the contracts, but just be ready for the unnecessary attitude and rudeness. Just had an open MRI. I'm terribly claustrophobic. Never felt a twinge during this procedure. MRI Tech Kristin was great. A very positive experience. The ONLY way to go! Not a good experience at all. Waiting time is long. The nurses were rude. One of them cut my skin removing bandages. Super not happy. Wonderful staff, quick and thorough service, the doctor said they did the best MRIs Staff person Mary was pleasant and interesting.
