5 appointments, 3 different doctors, and my contacts still don't fit correctly. I lost my glasses in August and made an appointment here to get a new prescription and get fitted for contacts. The lenses I needed to get fit correctly weren't on hand so I had to keep coming back for adjustments. My last appointment before they wrote a superscription, they used two different contact types and when I pointed out that one was a daily and one was a two week, they brushed it off. Finally, I got a written prescription and went and ordered my contacts at Costco. After about 10 days I switched back to glasses, my right contact never felt comfortable. I made an appointment for today (12/3/16) and whichever doctor I saw (he never introduced himself) was overly skeptical and kept questioning and commenting about how "weird" it was that the contacts "he" fit me for in August "suddenly" didn't fit correctly. This was still my FIRST batch of contacts using the prescription they wrote; nothing was "suddenly", they NEVER fit correctly in the first place and I had NEVER seen this doctor before today. I was given a sample pack of the SAME uncomfortable right-eye contacts and told to take the ones I ordered back to Costco. This entire experience lasted less time than I waited in the lobby to be seen. His demeanor and the service was unacceptable. I will NOT be back to the McDonald's of eye care. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else that will take their time, has the expertise to do things correctly, and will treat you with respect. Long and short of the story is that thus location has very poor customer service. The eye doctor side is fine but the frame and lense shop is a joke. It would take me too long to list the string of disappointing interactions I've had. Suffice it to say, I'd go anywhere else but here in the future. Worst customer service I have ever had. The woman who answered the phone was snarky and talking down to me the entire conversation. I had questions about information stored between their different locations and she was so rude wouldn't give a straight answer. Never going here again! Don't waste your time or money for people that don't appreciate your business. Great service! Doctor fit me into Contacts I could use right away even though i am a speciality for. No waiting months for trials like I have at other places. And when there was a problem with my contact order they resoveled it and the overnighted them to me right away. Have made them my new eye wear shop! I read the other reviews and I didn't experience that at all . They were very professional and helped me with all my needs promptly. Now I can actually see ! I am certainly glad I chose lens crafters !!!
