I came here for an MRI on my elbow. I thought they were polite up front and pretty nice in the back. I’m a tall guy so they had to bend me around to get my arm in the machine, and I was pretty uncomfortable, but that is not their fault in the least. I don’t know what my co pay will be and the estimate of total service was around 2500$, but hey it’s Alaska...you can’t take a photograph of a bird In your back yard and have it developed for under 20$ haha. I cannot give this company a good rating. I was referred to this medical imaging office by my doctor for a diagnostic mammogram. I walk in to be seen and I am told there is nothing available (they take walk ins) for that day, which I was okay with! The receptionist schedules me for the first thing the next morning! Wonderful!! I think right! Well thats not what happened I received a phone call from the office not 10 minutes later telling me they will have to reschedule for the following week due to equipment malfunction!! Well I inform my doctor of this; her office calls and they tell her I can been seen the next day well that was five days ago, I still have not been seen, and they still have not fixed their machine!!! After all this I will not be going here I do not trust their equipment or employees!! Liars!! I was so nervous and somewhat stressed over the cat scan on Friday February 5th 2016 but what made the experience so easy was how wonderful everybody was to me from the front desk check in to the doctor talking gardening taking my mind off those needles and Jen who was so sweet to me and the other little lady in the cat scan room who was also sweet to me. All of these people made the experience easy by their tone of voice, the smiles and just by letting me feel at ease. Thank You so much for the kindness that you showed me... I was very impressed with Diagnotic Health Anchorage. I appreciated the easy parking and location. The reception staff was very good. The most impressive thing was the person who did my lab work. Great bedside manner. Really friendly and made me not mind having to be there. I do not usually think about the quality of customer service in a medical office. The employees at this company clearly care about the patients and it shows in their customer service. I will use this business in the future for all of my diagnostic needs. THE WORST PLACE EVER. If your doctor tells you to go there, please tell him to send you somewhere else! My doc sent me there and told me to get an appointment ASAP. so i went there and they originally tried to charge me for a copay i did not owe. Then i explained my doctor needed my results asap so he can figure out what is wrong with me and continue with my healthcare. They told me they would send the results to my doc after the weeekend, on monday. It is Wednesday and my doctor still has not received my results and when i called they explained they still had not made the disc to send. and when i asked why they havent made the disc they HUNG UP on me. VERY RUDE.
