Purchased lingerie that was already broken unaltered inworn and and cannot return. Spent like $80 and cannot return them. Would not recommend buying any lingerie there Went in today the guy working was so rude and not very good customer service, made me feel very un comfortable! Will not be returning anytime soon Definitely have changed over recent years. They may be close to out growing that little building but their staff has certainly gotten better in caliber. My last visit may have been more educational than i had expected. Some of the new toys on the market are something else entirely. Really knowledgeable, nice and helpful staff. I always have a great experience when I go there. I am always greeted by name and they always suggest things for me to purchase. Love it there! Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back. ;) Biggest and nicest adult store I've been to. No joke. These guys had people of all race and orientation inside to assist and they did an awesome job. Must see this place when you come to anchorage. 15%mil discount too yay.
