Excellent assortments of multiple cheese tastes and choices. I would never have believed that it was possible to have real European cheese this far north. Cheese offered in most Alaskan stores are stale and taste the same like plastic. This are by far the best cheeses I have found in Alaska and as others have commented, the staff and service is as exceptional as the quality of their cheese! Lovely Staff and Great Selection of cheese and charcuterie! Do yourself a favor and try a sandwich. With melted cheese. Seriously, probably the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Good selection, worker was just as excited about cheese as I am and gave me lots of samples to find exactly what I wanted. European cheese plate was a good 3 person mid afternoon snack.
