I came in my first time ever and told them I had a week and hafe before I moved to Ohio for good. They were willing to fit me into their very busy schedule and had great customer service. Not only that but Dr. Paape's skills made it a painless process during and after I was done. Because they were willing to accommodate my needs on such short notice I highly recommend them for everyone. Dr.Paape is detailed yet personable. I know I can trust him to do what is needed and not do what isn't. I had some sensitive grooves from over brushing. He filled them with some kind of resin. Sensitivity is gone and it matches my tooth color. After 5 years they are still smooth as glass! The office staff always has a welcoming demeanor. Can't go wrong at Northstar. Quick, efficient procedures. Helpful, welcoming staff. What more could you ask for? My family and friends love this clinic! They are caring, gentle, prompt, and have fair prices. Dr. Paape is honest and gives us all the options to fit any budget. This clinic is highly skilled and compassionate. I have recommended many friends to them and they have all been very happy. I went to this practice for the first time today. I have severe anxiety with going to the dentist, including just getting a cleaning. Every single detail was explained to me, and there was so much patience. From the front desk, to Mary the hygienist, to Dr. Paape the entire experience was WONDERFUL and that is saying sooooo much considering how fearful I am of dentists overall!
