I had a great experience at Mint Dental. I don't go to the dentist often, but they were incredibly fast and professional. The hygienist (Rachel, I think) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the dentist was too. They spent enough time with me to do a thorough job, but did not waste my time. They made recommendations for care and did not push procedures I may not need. So, it was a good experience. I should also say that the office is beautiful with a fireplace, message dental chairs, and coffee. While that is nice, it also makes me nervous about my healthcare costs and where that money ends up. It's great to have a nice office as I suppose most dentists do these days, but I'd rather the money spent on those types of luxuries be spent on reduced rates, additional education or loan assistance for staff, or some sort of yielding investment like advanced equipment. First time after relocating here. I have a pretty big white jacket phobia, but it was all very calm here. I like the private room for cleanings, and the Dr. was informative. If you have insurance or are coming in for the first time, call ahead with your insurance and fill out the patient form from their website and bring it with you and literally you will go right in. Easy The staff is extremely friendly and willing to go beyond to accommodate you. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. We commute about 4 hours when we need to go to the dentist all because of their service!! We drove down for an appointment once and got all the way there when they told us that the temparary tooth had not arrived. At first we were quite upset but then before we could complain the money in gas and time missed from work they pulled my boyfriend into the back and the manager/owner reimbursement us for gas and our time!!! Not just for that one visit but the last 3/4! They said they didn't want to lose us and truly appreciated our business! They rushed tooth orders for us when they knew we were moving!! It was such a great experience everytime. I was a little apprehensive at my first appointment and was immediately put at ease by the warm and friendly professionalism of the staff at Mint Dental. I highly recommend Mint Dental to everyone.
