Excellent service from calling for a same afternoon appointment through treatment. Sarah took the right information so she could let me know what insurance covered right when I checked in. Tracy made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Hyung let me know the appropriate options for my needs. Very happy for an unhappy surprise appointment. Friendly, professional staff who genuinely cared about my concerns and comfort. Worked with me to make payment plan so I could have a longtime issue resolved in one visit, without making me feel bad. Procedure was quick and I was very comfortable through the entire thing. I was impressed by their hustle to ensure I was done on time, minimal waiting time without sacrificing safety or quality. Will return. I walked in here to have a Dentist look at my tooth that was bothering me, my first impression was "not bad" type of environment and when finally I met Dr. Jones, and I never had a female dentist so this is my first female dentist, and at first I was a little uncomfortable, but when she started to work on my took, it turn out great! Dr. Jones was very professional in her field and I think I'm going to keep her as my dentist. The staff here were very polite and knowledgeable, Genesis was the front desk personnel and she was great and had caring personality, I didn't have to have my daughter come in to pay for my portion, but instead they took her information that she text me. Tang was helping Dr. Jones, she really good, but she could be gentle with using that thing they use to suck water out of your mouth type thing. But my visit to this dentist office was pleasant, and I am going continue using them for our family dental needs. Dr. Cha, Arin, and Kira were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. I highly recommend going using them for all your dental needs. Thank you Glacier Dental for a great experience!
