Staff is friendly. They have a great reminder system of calls and texts so you don't miss an appointment. I've never had to wait very long and my procedures are done sooner than expected. Not impressed with the hygienist assigned to me. She was lecturing me about dental care but her work was sloppy. Had to tell her to redo a side where I still could feel tartar during my cleaning and she did it with a satisfactory result. I've definitely had better cleaning elsewhere but one hygienist shouldn't decide my total impression of the place. My dentist was very down to earth introducing himself to me by first name. I had two fillings and a crown done and the total price of all the procedures done was amazingly affordable (with insurance). My visit yesterday, even tho I didn't have any dental insurance and I was in so much pain because I have wisdom tooth problem that I don't even wants to deal with again. but thank you Frost dentist for accepting me and help me out with my worse pain ever, I got a huge discount yesterday and it was awesome! Customer service was 100% perfect and also the doctors and the assistants was extremely impressive. Thank you so much for all your great service. I appreciate it nd God blessed. They really care for patients I had hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had from the amazing team at Frost Dental. I was in a lot of pain and not only did they help me get pain free as soon as possible, but the staff was amazing in the process. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and professional- but incredibly kind, friendly and sensitive in the process. Their office is BEAUTIFUL and modern and in an awesome location. Could not recommend them enough and happy to have found my new dental home. I am SO thankful for Frost Dental ! I had the most amazing first visit I think I've EVER had! They take incredible x-rays...the staff is all very friendly (Emma has helped me beyond her job description I think) and Dr. Toone took the time to really explain to me my situation with my teeth. I haven't had any dental work done really for about 10 years and I thought FOR SURE I was going to lose a few teeth...Not with Frost Dental !!! Dr Toone worked up a plan where I get to keep my teeth !! I can't wait for the next couple of weeks when it's all done! Thank you Dr Toone and Frost Dental so very much!!!!
