I have had extensive treatment from Dr. Penfield, including extractions, implants and crowns. He and his staff are very friendly and professional and his treatment is top-notch. His equipment is state-of-the-art and his office is pleasant and convenient. I recommend Dr. Penfield without hesitation. I have never been to a better office. The staff was well trained, made me feel at home and they have the latest technology to offer. I would highly recommend this office to any one looking to establish a great relationship with an awesome practice. We are grateful for the wonderful care he has given to my husband and me. He has placed 3 dental implants for my husband. He felt no pain and the implants were very successful. Dr. Penfield cares about us. We feel his care and concern in every aspect of his service to us. I feel, as does my husband, that he is a highly capable and talented dentist. The hygienists, assistants, and receptionist, are some of the best. They have a beautiful modern office with all of the latest equipment. Dr. Penfield and staff have taken excellent care of all of my dental needs and more. From fillings to whitening, I have felt no pain and that is important to me. We are an active duty military family and after calling around and being told by "Legacy Dental Arts: Penfield James DDS" that they took military dental, we decided to use them for our family. After our first and ONLY visit, we were notified after the fact that they DO NOT take military insurance, and that we will be billed for the visit. These people are a bunch of crooks!!! Military stay away!!! The rest of you, feel free to try your luck here, but I would not if I were you!!! Wow! I loved the un dental experience, with parafin wax treatment for my hands, massaging chair and tv. Cool. Fearful of the needle, I didn't even feel it when I was having a crown done. Dr Penfield is is so skillful and gentle. He is also so knowledged and could answer all my questions. And, the friendly staff is a real bonus!
