I am Stephanie, one of Dr. Cavaness' assistants. I have worked side by side with him and his team for over two years now and have truly enjoyed every moment of my employment. The team here is intelligent, punctual, and very caring. Dr. Cavaness has a soothing bedside manner and a very professional demeanor. I love what I do as an assistant because it gives me the opportunity to help my community. Bringing smiles to people is personally very satisfying to me. I've worked at several different dental offices in the Anchorage area and Bright Smiles is by far, one of my favorites. Everyone on the team is excited and super eager to help patients everyday. I am so grateful I found such an amazing atmosphere, full of wonderful enthustic people, to be apart of. Dr. Cavaness has a very gentle hand when giving injections and I really appreciate how he educates his patients on the upcoming procedures. I trust Dr. Cavaness for all of my and my family's dental needs and hope to continue working here to serve our wonderful patients. I love this clinic! I have been shopping around for a dentist I can trust and this clinic got my business. One of the reasons I chose this clinic is because the receptionist was actually considerate and took the time to answer my questions. There have been many times I have called clinics in the past and the receptionist sounds annoyed even to take my call. Upon arrival to this clinic the receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable. The Dentist I saw was excellent. Dr. Frank Cavaness answered all of my questions and allowed me to view all my x rays as he went over them with me. He didn't try to push more work on me than what I actually needed just to make money. He was knowledgeable, and honest. When I went for my return visit he had great bed side manners, making sure I was comfortable and attended to the whole time. He worked on a filling and did the best job I have had, with great attention to detail. It is refreshing to find a clinic where there is great service and quality dentistry. I am definitely going to continue to go back. Everyone at Bright Smiles was fabulous and professional! They made me and my kids feel relaxed and happy to be at the dentist. My kids seriously love going to the dentist and we would highly recommend Bright Smiles to anyone of any age. I love going to Bright Smiles Dental! The office staff are friendly and helpful. Both Dr. Cavaness and Dr. Morehead are straightforward and honest with me and I truly feel like they have my best interest at heart. They are also able to put me at ease and do great dental work.
