Dr. Moorhead and his staff were kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable for my wisdom teeth extraction. Today is the second day after surgery and I already feel great! I have no pain and did not feel a single thing during the surgery. Thank you so much! I called the day ahead of my appointment to make sure I would be done in time for another appointment I had later in the day. I was assured by office staff that I would finish before my other appointment and they even told me they would put a note in their schedule stating that I needed to be finished by a certain time. I arrived for my appointment on time but after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment in the waiting room, I was told by the office staff they would need to reschedule my appointment because they could not have me finished in time. I told the office staff that I had to take a half day off of work for the appointment and I didn't even receive an apology. Instead, I received a very rude reply and was given the impression they did not care. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects professionalism and appointments that actually start on time. I am very disgusted with the way I was treated by this business. Best dental office I've been too! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! From the second I walked in they were nice. The girl at the counter was on the phone (Staci?), but made a point to make eye contact and let me know she was trying to hurry things along. The dental hygienist was super nice and friendly too. Dr. Swensen was awesome. He took a lot of time to really explain things to me, and to make me feel comfortable and understand what needed to be done. At checkout the women who helped me schedule my next appointment (Jen?) was super friendly, and so nice too! It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist! I've referred all my friends to him! It's nice to go somewhere where customer service is still important and they do a fabulous job at it! Office staff is wonderful. Very modern schedule system with email and text reminders confirmations of appointments. Dr. Morehead is very skilled and personable. I highly recommend this practice. Billing and insurance claims are handled easily. I'm happy I found this office. Admin staff, dental hygenist, assistant and dentist have all been amazing. Special mention to Dr. Swenson, Jen and Staci. They did a really great job. Highly recommended.
