Trent took on my project of a vehicle without hesitation! I have a Volvo - and my 4 wheel drive went out - got a transfer case and he didn't back down or overcharge me. Everywhere else I went wanted to charge me upwards of $3K to repair my vehicle where he charged me a fair price I was willing to work with. Not only did he and his team do amazing work - his customer service was outstanding!! I've got more work that's coming up on my Volvo and he's definitely my preferred Mechanic moving forward. Military friendly I can not say enough about the great service I received here with repairs for my 05 excursion. I have always received a good service here. This time the receptionist was a bit rude but nothing to bad and will recommend then to my family and friends Trent and the staff at his shop started out giving excellent service and were honest about work that needed to be done and about the price. Sadly, I had to go elsewhere due to the fact that I had several bad customer service experiences in a row in addition to my initial problem never being fixed. It turned out to be something that was so simple, the only way it couldn't have been fixed, was it never being looked at all. I do think that with this shop being newer, that there is a chance it can still turn around and be worthy of 5 stars again. Horrible experience. Told us everything was fine with my jeep. Wrong they said break pads were fine and shook down the whole jeep a couple times and found nothing. The next day after we got it back my husband went to change the rotors due to grooves and found that there was also grooves on the break pads. So when he took off the rotor it was caked with oil same with the hub and the hub cover. Took it to another shop and the axle seal was broke. They told me nothing was wrong and everything was safe. So much for them shaking down the whole vehicle.
