Honest and dedicated to their career, not many people offer help for free.. story: had a flat tire and they offered their help with "the Alaskan touch" (Help when in need, when people need it and struggles of LiFE hit us in the face when least expected) Thankful and much appreciate it! Went and got new summer tires from them this spring, but they broke two of valve stems on my winter tires and never told me. Just found out when winters about to hit. These guys are scammers. Sat in the lobby an extra 30 minutes they had the keys ready but didn't see them while we just sat waiting. At the end they said I had an oil pan leak, which was the exact same speech that they gave the guy In front of me, and the oil pan clearly doesn't have any leaks and it would be $250 to fix it, my oil pan Is perfectly dry with no oil leaking. Chose to have my oil changed and low tire checked at Midas, they took great care of my vehicle, they even topped off my fluids, and called me 10 min before my car needed to be picked up! Had an all around great experience and great customer service, I definitely recommend! Beat their expectations by getting my car done much earlier than I thought they would.
