I called to be connected with progressive (which I’ve done a few times in the past with no problems at all) and the guy who answered was rude and didn’t seem in the mood to help.. I still don’t know why I wasn’t connected with SOMEONE to help me. He was very confusing and argumentative with me; he basically refused to help. It was definitely very poor customer service. When you have poor phone customer service, it makes people not want to do business with you. It’s usually the first point of contact, and speaks volumes on how the rest of the company is ran. Just saying... This was about 15 minutes ago btw. Hope they set him straight because it really was not a good experience. I had to just hang up because he was so rude. I can see that nobody there probably cares, as there are plenty of other bad reviews with no one from the company replying to them. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Avoid this place at all costs they are trash poor customer service also poor quality of work. Had my vehicle go there sent it back twice to them to fix right still wasn't to this day also the paint job is horrible it doesn't match where they painted it has heavy and light spots where they painted and you can see the runs in the paint. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT TAKE TOUR VEHICLE THERE. Save your self the trouble and visit either chad able or another body shop just not these guys I don't want to even give this place a one star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER!!!!! Even if someone pays you to. you will not get it back. The job was supposed to take 2 days, its been a month and a half. They broke items on the car and had to order them. Someone off the street could have done the job and faster. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business. Its a joke. The worse autobody shop in town! I hate the fact Progressive only deals with them. It's sad, I'll have find new insurance because there in-network autobody shop is a sick joke. They were very nice people. While they were being nice, they: Lied about firing people who had messed my car up in new ways. Claimed scratches that weren't there before were "Brush Strokes." Called to tell me my car was ready when it wasn't. Told me parts weren't in when they were. Consistently didn't use the correct phone number I'd given them. Buffed scratches down, that they had caused, but didn't repaint until I complained. Screwed the alignment up on my rear hatch, which even the crash hadn't done. Like I said, they were very nice the whole time. They seemed very used to complaints, and were agreeable when I told them the service and quality of repair work I'd received was terrible. If your insurance company tries to make you use them, find another insurance company. We did.
