I am very disgusted with this company. When i went to pick up my truck once the work was completed i realized that my LED light bar was not on the truck. I went inside and asked the friendly lady at the front desk where my light bar was. She proceeded to the back, I'm assuming to talk to the lady who wrote up my quote. 15 min go by and the young lady who wrote my quote finally comes out to talk to me. At that point she informed me that they are not responsible for any theft of items from the vehicles here at fix auto. Im sorry but did I miss the part where I was supposed to pick my truck up every night to ensure that my vehicle is left alone during the time when this company is supposed to keep my vehicle secure. I asked them if the vehicles are in a locked and secure area when they all go home for the night and she said yes. So then how the hell does something get ripped off of a vehicle. Please please, do not support this company at all. Good luck to the rest of the people who have vehicles in the care of this company.. In and out great spot Great place, had a small piece of undercarriage for my Audi that I needed installed and I already had the part. They did it fast and for no charge!! This place is fantastic! I was told that my car wouldn't be ready until the 16th. And I got a call on Wednesday the 9th saying that it was was done! The staff is awesome as well! My SUV was in an accident recently. While the insurance companies battled out who was at fault, I decided to just go ahead and use my own Insurance policy to get my SUV fixed faster. I was referred to FIX Auto on Gambell by Geico. They had about $6k worth of damage to fix in a short amount of time because my family is leaving the state shortly. I showed up at 8:30am on my way to work, dropped my SUV off at their shop, was hooked up with a rental and out the door with time to stop at a coffee shop before going to work at 9:00am. They called me twice a week to give me updates on how the repairs were coming, kept Geico informed just as regularly, if not more, and had my vehicle back to me good as new less than 2 weeks later. I can not say enough good things about them. I had a great experience with everyone I came into contact at Fix Auto on Gambell.
