I recently posted a negative review on Eagle River Polaris Arctic Cat. I just had some service done there, and I could not be more pleased. Everyone was very nice, and very helpful. They fixed my Ranger very quickly and the service was very well done. I was greeted when I arrived, and everyone worked hard to make sure my needs were met. I now give them 5 stars. Nice stock but I felt ignored and like they felt I wasn't worth their time. I had to go to the counter to get attention and the guy never stood up to talk to me and had to look in the brochure to answer ANY of my questions. Pretty good parts availability and pricing. It's about 50/50 if you get someone knowledgable to help you but if the first one doesn't work there is usually someone else that lends a hand I've bought two machines from this shop. Once in 2010, and once in 2017. Both deals were easy and pricing was great. Machines delivered on time. I've never really needed any other service from them besides buying a few parts and accesories. I had one service item that was addressed promptly and with no fuss. These guys are great! DO MY BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Had to choose 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Bought a new 570 sportsman, went to ride it the check engine light came on and the power steering went out, took it back. They called and said it's fixed, went on a 4 hr trip to homer to ride soon as I unloaded it same problems.took it back they said it was out of warrantee it would cost 1800.00 (parts) to fix ( bad computer). Keep in mind this is the only times I've ridden it. Way more hrs in e.r.p.a.c (eagle river Polaris artic cat)then it's been ridden I called Polaris they covered the parts in the (good will act). The labor was 270.00 Polaris gave me a gift card for 300.00 to cover the labor. The manager wouldn't accept the gift card for the labor.(it said for labor on the gift card from Polaris) so they wouldn't release the 4 wheeler to me because I wouldn't pay the 270.00 still ongoing problem .Ive hrs on the phone with Polaris and e.r.a.c.over this matter. Go out of your way to go somewhere else Polaris is awesome,
