Originally went in for an overall inspection and to fix a couple of minor issues. The staff was courteous during the appointment process, they communicated with me during the entire time and it was completed when promised. I will definitely be using them again in the future We have been in this establishment 3 times after an initial "tune up". Our motor home is now parked and not drive-able after we just picked it up from Eagle River Automotive. We were told it was all fixed and ready to go. Now it just sputters and falls on its face. This last time they were positive they could find the problem, the check engine light had came on. Really, what ever you originally did caused this. It was idling and running fine. Seemed a bit sluggish going up hills, what 33' motor home doesn't. now it doesn't seem to want to go any where. We had to pay every time we took it back, even though the problems didn't exist prior to them giving it a "tune-up". It used to Purr now it just chuggs!! I would like to say we have used them in the past for several vehicles, so we know what the service should be. Between Mine, my husbands and both my daughters cars we have used them a lot. So when I read how others have not been charged for services it is discouraging to me that we bring ours in one way and it is returned in a horrible running manner, only for us to be charged every time we tell them it is still not running the way it was before you tuned it up. I will warn as many people as I can. This establishment is hit and miss., roll of the dice I guess. How much of your money are you willing to gamble with? Our Tune-Up is now up over 1150.00, and not running, as Franco would say safely. Very reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommended to our friends and family due to their good work and honesty. They are also very good about getting vehicles back to us quickly. They repaired my front ball joints. The job was well done but a little expensive. They do good work. Took my truck on very short notice, produced a quote that was very accurate, to top it off they really do give veterans a discount and they were the one that asked me if I was one. Gave me a heads up on some issues that need addressed but did go and to without permission no hidden fees . I am totally pleased and highly recommend them for auto truck repair needs. E.R.Roehling
