Do NOT use this shop. Very dishonest people and poor work. I took my VW Passat there for a simple repair. They told me it would be done within a week. I finally got it back a month later and it was obvious that had not even test driven it. Took it back for the same problem and they charged me again for the parts they had charged me for the first time and it still was not fixed (another month later)!! Crooked, rude, and incompetent. Consistently the best place in town. Courteous, helpful and pricing that beats the competition. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy who took my car when I went there was extremely arrogant. I will make sure that those people that I know would NOT use them ever! Worst experience ever! And also be careful because seems like they have connections with certain dealers and are bias if you take your car there for an inspection ! I am not using them and non of my relatives or people I know are going there either for sure! Be careful be open minded! Good Luck before you go there! Great service and they're up front about their prices. There's no run around when asking questions and no tacked on services that you don't ask for. Terrible experience with Arctic Import Repair. I called daily for 3 weeks asking for updates on my car. Each day the person who answered the phone would tell me they were "working on it" or "running tests". After three weeks, a different person answered the phone, and finally gave me an honest answer - that they hadn't even looked at my car yet. When I finally got my car back, other things that worked before I took my car in to them no longer worked, and they refused to fix the additional damage that their "repairs" caused. The owner was incredibly rude to me throughout my experience with their business.
