I have had an account since 1981 - during this 35 years, I have never once had a bank clerk be unpleasant. They are pleasant, helpful, and many of them call me by name. Wonderful service ! Great people. friendly staff and prompt service. Snottty tellers who were less than helpful. I was asking for a cash advance and the teller looked at me like I was wasting her time.
